Stars defenseman Miro Heiskanen ruled out for Game 2 vs. Jets

Heiskanen had knee surgery in February, and hasn’t played since Jan. 28.

The Dallas Stars will roll out the same lineup they had in Game 1 against the Winnipeg Jets on Friday night, head coach Pete DeBoer said.

That means defenseman Miro Heiskanen — who had knee surgery in February, and hasn’t played since Jan. 28. — still hasn’t gotten the green light to return to action.

Forward Jason Robertson made his 2025 playoff debut in the first game against the Jets, a 3-2 win at Canada Life Centre, on Wednesday. He logged 13:44 in ice time in his return.

Heiskanen is still expected to return later this series.
