Diggs earned Pro Bowl honors in the 2021 and 2022 seasons. He led the NFL with 11 interceptions in 2021 and was named to the All-Pro team.

Over the past two seasons, Diggs played 13 games. He tore his ACL during a practice heading into the third week of the 2023 season.

Diggs finished the 2024 season with two interceptions and 11 pass breakups for the Cowboys. He was part of a secondary that saw numerous players go down with injuries, including projected starter DaRon Bland, who was limited to seven games. Bland missed the first 10 games of the season recovering from a foot injury suffered in the late stages of training camp.
